2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter webshop, and to all product deliveries worldwide, with a focus on European customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
3. Product Information
Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter strives to present all product information as accurately as possible. However, errors and changes can occur. Product images service as an indication and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Prices
For customers outside the EU, the final amount may vary due to import duties, taxes or additional costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. All prices are subject to typographical errors and changes.
5. Payments
Payments must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not made in time.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter delivers worldwide, however, delivery times may vary per country. The standard delivery time within Europe is 7 working days after shipment, and worldwide on average 14 working days. However, unforeseen delays cannot be ruled out.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are listed separately at checkout. Shipping fees may vary depending on the country of destination.
8. Right of Revocation
Buyers within he European Union have the right to cancel the purchase without any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. This does not apply to products that are custom-made or specially ordered.
9. Returns
If the customer makes use of the right of revocation, the product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days after revocation. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Warranty
Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter adheres to the legal warranty period in Germany. This means that the product must meet the customer’s reasonable expectations. Should this not be the case, the customer can contact us for a solution.
11. Liability
Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect use of the products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order. This does not apply in the event of intentional damage or gross negligence.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter handles all personal data according to the GDPR. Data will only be used to process the order and provide service.
13. Complaints
Complaints can be make via info@www.laurelandhardyafterthelaughter.com. Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy – After the Laughter aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law of Germany applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the authorized court in Germany.
