Shipping and Returns Policy
1. Shipping
1.1 We ship orders mainly within Europe, but also deliver worldwide. We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-3 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
1.2 All international shipments are carried out via DHL. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, and will be noted during the checkout process. Please note that customs fees, taxes or import duties may apply for international shipments. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control.
1.3 Although we handle every order with care, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to products during transport. Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been made available, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we recommend that you contact DHL directly.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was received in, including all labels and original packaging.
2.2 To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service. Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there is an error on our part (if, for example, you received an incorrect or defective product).
2.3 Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. It may take several business days for the amount to be refunded, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
3. Exceptions
3.1 We do not accept returns on bespoke or personalized items unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
3.2 Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a full refund.
